Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and vigilant Safety Supervisor to oversee daily site/factory operations, enforce environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines, and ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and daily inspections of equipment, tools, and work environments.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to company EHS policies, local labor laws, and statutory safety standards.
- Incident Management: Investigate workplace accidents/incidents, prepare detailed root-cause analysis reports, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Safety Training & Drills: Organize toolbox talks (TBT),



safety induction for new workers, emergency response drills, and ongoing safety awareness sessions.
- Permit to Work (PTW): Review and issue Permits to Work (e.g., Hot Work, Height Work, Confined Space) ensuring all safety protocols are fulfilled prior to job execution.
- PPE & Equipment Monitoring: Ensure all workers properly wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and verify proper maintenance of safety gear.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma in Industrial Safety (from a recognized institute/university) is mandatory.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Safety Supervisor in manufacturing, construction, or industrial project sites.
