- Permit-to-Work (PTW) System: Manage and issue work permits for high-risk operations like hot work (welding/cutting), working at heights, or confined space entry.

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Enforcement: Ensure workers correctly use safety helmets, goggles, earplugs, welding shields, steel-toe boots, and gloves.

- Toolbox Talks &

- Training: Conduct daily or weekly pre-shift safety briefings, equipment handling orientations, fire extinguisher usage demos, and first-aid basics.

- Incident &

- Near-Miss Investigation: Lead root-cause analyses for workplace injuries or close calls, document accident logs, and issue corrective action reports.

- Emergency Preparedness: Oversee fire safety equipment maintenance, exit route markings, and periodic evacuation drills.
