Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Safety Engineering or relevant discipline

Location: Odisha / Project Sites

Industry: Construction / EPC / Industrial Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and HSE standards.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees and workers.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programmes.
- Monitor work permits, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety rules and statutory requirements.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident registers.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors,



and workers to maintain a safe working environment.
- Reduction in workplace accidents and near misses.
- Compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Timely completion of safety inspections and training.
- Closure of safety observations within the prescribed timeline.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction and industrial safety practices.
- Understanding of HIRA, JSA, PPE, and permit-to-work systems.
- Valuable communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
