Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in any discipline with a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or equivalent recognized safety qualification.

The Safety Head will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety policies across construction sites, ensuring legal compliance, preventing accidents, and maintaining a secure working environment for employees, workers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HSE policies and safety procedures.
- Monitor safety compliance across all construction project sites.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws and regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including work at height,



lifting, excavation, and electrical work.
- Manage safety officers and site safety teams.
- Prepare safety reports, maintain documentation, and coordinate with clients and statutory authorities.

Required Experience 5-12 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with relevant experience in managing safety teams and overseeing safety operations across multiple sites.
