Job Purpose The RTO Executive is responsible for securing timely vehicle registrations, maintaining strict statutory compliance, and processing transport documentation. The primary goal is to ensure a smooth, error-free transition from vehicle invoicing to final delivery while maintaining a solid turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation &

- Verification

- Verify customer KYC paperwork, sales invoices, insurance copies, and loan hypothecation papers before filing.
- Prepare error-free online applications via government portals (e.g., Vahan system) for temporary and permanent registrations.
- Collect and check physical signatures on official RTO forms (Form 20, 21, 22, etc.).

2. RTO Liaisoning &

- Operations

- Liaise regularly with RTO officials and agents to expedite physical vehicle inspections, road tax payments, and certificate approvals.
- Coordinate the allocation and installation of High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP) and fuel stickers on newly sold cars.
- Procure and distribute physical Registration Certificates (RC), Smart Cards, and fitness certificates to customers on schedule.

3. Internal &

- External Coordination

- Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Accounts, and Finance teams to track payment clearances before registration filings.




- Provide clear updates to customers regarding their registration status, choice number allocations, or pending documents.
- Assist in special processes including ownership transfers, duplicate RCs, No Objection Certificates (NOC), state transfers, and trade certificates

Keeping &

- Reporting

- Maintain updated MIS reports tracking all pending filings, approved registrations, and completed RC deliveries.
- Track changes in local motor vehicle acts, registration taxation slabs, and regional compliance mandates.

Requirements Required Skills &
- Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream with relevant experience.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience handling vehicle registrations within a 4-wheeler/automotive dealership ecosystem.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with local government RTO portals, MS Excel, or Google Sheets for managing data sheets.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi, along with the local regional language to easily converse with transport department officials.
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strict adherence to turn-around-times, strong follow-up capabilities, and conflict resolution skills.
