Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced S&OP; Manager to lead and strengthen the Sales &

- Operations Planning process. The candidate will be responsible for aligning demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory, production, and financial objectives to ensure effective business planning and decision-making.

Key Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the monthly S&OP; cycle, including demand reviews, supply reviews, and executive-level planning meetings.

- Develop and maintain consensus forecasts at SKU and category levels.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to align business plans.

- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, excess inventory, and inventory turnover.

- Identify and resolve gaps in demand forecasts, production capacity, material availability, and supply plans.

- Align volume forecasts with revenue, profit margins, and working capital requirements.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turnover, and plan adherence.

- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, reporting systems, and ERP utilization.

- Lead, mentor,



and develop the planning team.

- Manage planning considerations related to import lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), shipment consolidation, and customs clearance.

- Prepare planning reports, business scenarios, and risk assessments for senior management.

Required Skills &

- Competencies

- Strong experience in S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.

- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

- Experience in manufacturing or import/export operations is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

- APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification will be an added advantage.
