Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused RSOT cum Cashier to manage restaurant service operations, billing, and cash handling while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and smooth coordination with the kitchen and F&B; team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle restaurant service operations and ensure timely, quality service to guests.
- Take guest orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure accurate order delivery.
- Prepare guest bills using the POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain accurate cash records, billing reports, and daily cashier closing statements.
- Verify bills, discounts, complimentary items, and payment transactions as per hotel policy.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.




- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with the F&B; team, kitchen, and Front Office for smooth operations.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards, and cash-handling procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant F&B; operations, preferably with cashiering experience.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing software and payment processing.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Strong numerical, cash-handling, and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Honest, detail-oriented, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
