Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior RPO Recruiter with 610 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing client requirements, driving recruitment delivery, building candidate pipelines, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across IT and technical domains.
- Understand job descriptions, client expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, compensation, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Manage offer negotiations, offer acceptance, and candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal delivery teams.
- Track recruitment metrics, daily submissions, interview ratios, offer conversions, and joining status.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and client updates.




- Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are consistently achieved.
- Support junior recruiters through guidance, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices, where required.

Required Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.
- IT recruitment experience is preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver against tight timelines.
- Robust analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Experience working in an RPO, staffing agency, or corporate recruitment environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume and niche IT hiring.
- Exposure to client-facing recruitment delivery and SLA-driven hiring.
- Experience mentoring recruiters and monitoring team performance.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and hiring metrics.
