1. Cleaning Guest Rooms

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

- Make beds and change bed linen, pillowcases, and towels.

- Dust furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and other surfaces.

- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.

1. Bathroom Cleaning

- Clean and sanitize toilets, washbasins, showers, and bathtubs.

- Replenish toiletries, soap, shampoo, and other guest amenities.

- Ensure bathrooms are clean, dry, and hygienic.

1. Replenishment of Amenities

- Refill guest supplies such as drinking water, tea, coffee, and toiletries.

- Replace used towels and replenish linen as per hotel standards.

1. Guest Service

- Respond politely to guest requests and provide additional amenities when required.

- Maintain guest privacy and respect the DoNotDisturb(DND) sign.

- Report guest complaints or special requests to the supervisor.

1. Reporting Maintenance Issues

- Report damaged furniture, faulty lights, plumbing problems, or air-conditioning issues.

- Inform the supervisor about lost and found items.

1. Safety and Security

- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and security procedures.





- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

- Never disclose guest information or allow unauthorized persons into guest rooms.

1. Room Inspection and Status Updates

- Check that rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.

- Report completed rooms to the supervisor or update the room status in the hotel system.

- Inform the supervisor about occupied, vacant, or checkout rooms as required.

1. Housekeeping Equipment and Supplies

- Maintain cleaning tools, trolleys, and supplies properly.

- Keep the housekeeping pantry clean and organized.

- Report shortages of linen, amenities, and cleaning materials.

1. Coordination with Other Departments

- Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor, laundry, front office, and maintenance teams.

- Follow daily assignments and complete tasks within the required time.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
