Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Robotics / Mechatronics Lead to design, develop, and integrate robotic systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in robotic arms, motors, kinematics, electronics, ROS 2, and hardware integration, along with the ability to lead technical development and troubleshoot complex robotics systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and integration of robotic and mechatronic systems.
- Work on robotic arms, motor selection, motion control, and kinematics.
- Develop and integrate robotics applications using ROS 2.
- Handle electronics, sensors, actuators, motor drivers, and embedded hardware interfaces.
- Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into functional robotic systems.
- Perform system testing, calibration, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software integration issues.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable robotics solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of robotic arms, motors, and motion control.
- Understanding of forward and inverse kinematics, coordinate frames, and trajectory planning.
- Hands-on experience with ROS 2 and robotics middleware.
- Knowledge of electronics, sensors, actuators, motor drivers, and control systems.
- Experience in hardware integration, system bring-up, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical system design.
- Robust problem-solving, debugging, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with robotic arm programming, real-world robot deployment, and system calibration.
- Familiarity with C++ or Python for robotics development.
- Experience leading a robotics or mechatronics engineering team.
