Job Title: Robot Programmer

Location: Mehsana, Gujrat

Industry: Robotics & Automation

Annual salary increments

Key Responsibilities

- Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robots such as KUKA ,FANUC, Yaskawa, and Kawasaki.
- Perform robot teaching, path creation, calibration, and program modifications using
- Teach pendants.

Develop and optimize robot programs for applications including:

1. Spot Welding

2. MIG Welding

3. Glass Gluing

4. Press Automation

5. Material Handling

- Conduct robot simulation, testing, and cycle-time optimization to improve Production efficiency.
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup activities at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve robot-related issues during project execution and production Support.
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and PLC teams during system integration.




- Prepare technical documentation, backup files, and project reports.
- Hands-on experience with robotic automation projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of industrial robot programming and automation systems.
- Understanding of robotic welding, handling, and assembly applications.
- Familiarity with robot teach pendants and offline programming concepts.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and industrial communication protocols is an advantage.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on project-based assignments.

Education:

- B.E./B.Tech in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
