Mangwale is looking for a proactive and good-communicating Rider Management Executive to connect with delivery riders, assist them with onboarding, and collect feedback to improve their experience on the platform.

The candidate's primary responsibility will be to communicate with existing and prospective riders over the phone, explain the joining process, help new riders complete onboarding, and maintain regular communication with the rider network.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective riders and explain the benefits of joining Mangwale.
- Follow up with interested riders and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Assist new riders with registration and the required onboarding steps.
- Explain the rider app, basic processes, and platform guidelines.
- Contact existing riders to understand their experience and collect feedback.
- Gather feedback about delivery assignments, earnings, app-related issues, and operational challenges.
- Identify rider concerns and communicate them to the concerned operations team.
- Follow up on reported issues and provide updates to riders as directed.
- Maintain regular communication with active and inactive riders to encourage platform engagement.
- Keep accurate records of rider onboarding status, feedback, and follow-up outcomes.
- Submit daily updates on rider calls, successful onboardings, feedback received, and pending issues.





Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with delivery riders over the phone.
- Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently.
- Good listening skills to understand rider concerns.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to maintain records and follow up consistently.

Scope of Work This role is focused specifically on rider communication, rider onboarding, and rider feedback collection.

The candidate will not be responsible for customer cold calling, vendor sales, food order management, delivery assignments, or personally completing deliveries.

Performance Expectations

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Number of prospective riders contacted.
- Number of riders successfully onboarded.
- Quality and accuracy of onboarding.
- Number and quality of rider feedback records collected.
- Timely follow-up on rider concerns.
- Consistency of communication with existing riders.
- Accuracy of daily reports and records.
