Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle retail, with strong leadership and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Build strong customer relationships, enhance customer loyalty, and promote loyalty programs.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and team development, including succession planning.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and implement action plans to achieve business goals.




- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
- 3–4 years of leadership and team management experience as a Store Manager.
- Solid leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations, sales management, and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Customer-focused, empathetic, commercially minded, and results-oriented.
- Ability to build trust, motivate teams, and maintain strong customer relationships.
