- Job Role / Description: Customer Handling & Conversion

- Greet and qualify walk-in customers (budget, requirement, urgency)

- Understand use-case: residential / commercial / interior project

- Convert inquiry $rightarrow$ quotation $rightarrow$ order

- Maintain high conversion ratio (target-driven role)

- Product Demonstration

- Relationship Building with customer

- Coordination between warehouse, dispatch, fitting partner, delivery and customer for after-sales service

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

- Preferred qualification: Graduate

- Experience (years): Min 1 to Max 5

- Age (years): Min 24 to Max 30

- Monthly pay: Min 20,000 to Max 27,000

- Travel allowance: No

- Timing: 9:30 to 7:30

- Work Location: WFO (Work From Office)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
