Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Retail Merchandiser to manage product inventory, SKU creation, inventory planning, and retail inventory requirements. The role will work closely with internal teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time and quantities while supporting customer requirements and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor retail inventory across stores/locations.
- Create and maintain SKU information for new and existing products.
- Plan inventory requirements based on sales, demand, seasonality, and business needs.
- Coordinate and manage retail inventory requirements to ensure adequate product availability.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for stock movement, replenishment, and availability.
- Prepare regular inventory and merchandising reports for management.
- Analyze inventory and sales data to support merchandising decisions.




- Understand and address customer requirements and translate them into appropriate inventory/product actions.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory records.
- Support the team in improving inventory availability and reducing excess/slow-moving stock.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or a related role.
- Positive understanding of retail inventory and SKU management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
- Commercial understanding of retail sales and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
