Job Title: Store Executive – Accounts & Operations Company: Phoolkari, Jamshedpur Job Type: Full time | Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on skills and experience, with a review for growth) Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (flexible as responsibilities grow) About the Role Phoolkari is an ethnic wear store in Jamshedpur offering ladies’ kurtis, readymade dresses, unstitched suits, dupattas, leggings and pants, and turban cloth. We are looking for a sincere and organised person to look after our store accounts and daily operations. The role starts with backend work and grows into a store management role as you learn and perform.

Key Responsibilities Maintain daily sales, purchase and expense entries in Tally and Excel Billing and daily cash reconciliation; checking POS, card and UPI settlements Stock entry, stock checking and keeping inventory records updated Prepare daily and monthly sales,



stock and expense reports for the owner Coordinate with our CA for GST and monthly closing Maintain staff attendance and basic store records Support the sales team and handle customers when required Over time: take on store management, staff coordination and supplier follow-ups Requirements Graduate Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel Retail or accounts experience is preferred; freshers with strong Tally skills may also apply Basic English and good Hindi Honest, punctual, organised and willing to learn Willing to work and flexible with hours as responsibility increases What We Offer Fixed monthly salary with a performance review for growth Training and guidance A transparent path from accounts to store management
