Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pali for a Restaurant Supervisor.

The Restaurant

Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and superior guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, managing customer interactions,



ensuring food and beverage quality, and resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly. The role also includes training and monitoring staff performance to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a diverse team effectively
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with both team members and guests efficiently
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service and operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work in a remote, in office location
