Job Title: Restaurant Service Staff / Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints.
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- Process bills and payments when required.

Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, polite,



and qualified attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Previous restaurant experience is an advantage, but freshers may apply.
