About the Role

Mousuni Beach Canvas Resort is looking for a responsible, energetic, and guest-focused Resort Manager to oversee daily resort operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, staff management, customer service, and operational skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing resort operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards, handling guest enquiries and complaints, and helping improve occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.

- Supervise and coordinate front office, housekeeping, kitchen, service, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, enquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinate room allocation, bookings, food service, and special guest requests.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, discipline, and performance.
- Maintain inventory, supplies, operational records, and daily reports.
- Monitor expenses, cash handling, billing, and revenue reporting.
- Coordinate with travel agents, online travel platforms, and booking partners.
- Support marketing activities, guest reviews, repeat bookings,



and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, food safety practices, and guest safety procedures.
- Manage operational challenges and coordinate emergency responses when required.

Eligibility and Skills

1. 2–5 years of relevant hospitality or resort management experience preferred.

- Experience in hotel operations, resort management, or beach camp operations is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, email, and reservation systems.
- Ability to manage guest complaints professionally and calmly.
- Working knowledge of Bengali, Hindi, and English is desirable.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work and stay at the resort location on Mousuni Island, as required.

Salary and Benefits
