We are looking for a responsible, customer-friendly, and well-organized Reservation Executive to handle kayaking bookings, guest enquiries, reservations, and customer communication. The candidate will coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking management and a outstanding experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Handle guest enquiries and kayaking reservations through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.

Provide accurate information about kayaking packages, routes, timings, pricing, safety guidelines, and availability.

Manage bookings, confirm reservations, and maintain booking records.

Follow up with guests regarding advance payments and booking confirmations.

Coordinate with the operations team and kayaking guides regarding daily schedules, guest counts, and special requirements.

Communicate weather updates, cancellations, rescheduling, and operational changes to guests.Ensure proper tracking of payments, booking details, and daily reservation reports.

Respond professionally to guest feedback, complaints, and queries.

Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.





Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple enquiries and bookings efficiently.

Customer service or reservation experience is preferred.Knowledge of tourism, kayaking, or hospitality is an added advantage.

Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to coordinate with the operations team.
