HARWINN Insights is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our growing Market Research team!
? Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
? Shift: Night Shift
? Experience: 1–3 Years (Market Research Preferred)
? Salary: Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research for international markets.
- Identify and recruit qualified B2B, B2C, and healthcare respondents.
- Support CATI and CAWI research projects.
- Conduct respondent screening and professional profile verification.
- Manage data collection, validation, and quality checks.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate research databases and project documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in market research, respondent recruitment, or data collection.
- Understanding of CATI, CAWI, B2B,
and B2C research methodologies.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Research, and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
