Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive Collections & Credit Insurance

Location : Lowerparel,Mumbai

Reporting To: Manager – Accounts Manager

Role Purpose:

The role involves managing collections and accounting-related activities while also supporting Credit Insurance processes. The position requires a solid balance between financial discipline and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Collections & Accounting (70% – 75%)

- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and collection processes
- Follow up with customers for timely payments and overdue recovery
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance) for payment tracking
- Prepare MIS reports on collections, aging analysis, and debtor status
- Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements

B. Credit Insurance (25% – 30%)





- Handle credit insurance documentation and policy management
- Coordinate with insurance providers for coverage, claims, and renewals
- Monitor customer credit limits and ensure compliance
- Support claim filing and follow-ups with insurers
- Maintain proper records related to insured customers and transactions
