WE’RE HIRING | RENTAL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / COORDINATOR

Experience: 2–5 Years
Are you skilled in fleet coordination, equipment deployment, and breakdown management? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth rental operations and maximum equipment uptime!
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Management: Monitor equipment availability and ensure machine readiness for deployment.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate equipment delivery,
deployment, and dehire pickups.
- Breakdown Management: Track breakdowns, coordinate engineer visits, and ensure timely resolution.
- Spare Parts Coordination: Ensure timely availability and dispatch of required spares.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Service, Planning, PDI, Stores, and Logistics teams.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Maintain breakdown registers, track machine uptime, and provide regular operational updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in rental operations, fleet management, or service coordination.
- Strong communication, planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
