Industry : Dental Medical Device - US Multinational co
( This role will be permanently work from home )
Candidates should be good command on English and Hindi Both.
Working Time : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Working Days : Monday to saturday
Major Purpose of Role: To provide technical support related to Dental customers in India covering hardware, or software. Responds to queries, follows escalation process, Provides Licenses and Spare parts, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solution.
Experience-
Any experience in working with medical, x ray, DR, CT, CR or Dental Imaging products is desirable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi speaking.
- Preferred experience from Xray machines, CR, DR , networking experience
- IT soft skills and electronics knowledge.
- Respond to queries either in E-mails or over the phone.
- Provide technical / administrative assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to dental equipments software, and hardware.(Technical Issues, licensing, registrations and Spare parts )
- Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical / technical customer.
- Ability to learn and support current Carestream Dental systems and applications.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. (Following internal escalation process)
- Ability to understand and identify Dental electronic system / software malfunctions and operations problems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Collect feedback from customers about Carestream products usage.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
