- Acquire current Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales and referrals.
- Drive CASA balances and achieve assigned business targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Cross-sell banking products such as FD, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards.
- Conduct market mapping, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
