What You'll Do

· Single owner of the Whole process and single point of contact from offer acceptance to registration of a Truva Property

· Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the closing process and resolve queries.

· Ensure all closing documents, including legal and financial papers, are accurately completed and submitted on time.

· Work with lawyers, bankers, societies, and registrars to ensure smooth registration.

What We Are Looking For

Solid organizational skills with an eye for detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Experience in real estate transactions or related fields is a plus.

· Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure smooth closing

· Comfort in managing multiple transactions

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
