The candidate will be responsible for generating business, acquiring new customers, developing referral networks, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and source customers for Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Identify prospective customers through field visits, references, and market activities. Build and maintain relationships with builders, property dealers, DSAs, and other channel partners. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.

Collect customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing. Follow up on applications to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.



Achieve monthly business targets and maintain customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and lending procedures.

Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, LAP, or Housing Loan sales.

Education: Any Graduate or MBA in Finance/Marketing.

Gender: Male/Female candidates can apply.

Skills: Good communication, negotiation, customer handling, and sales skills.

Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer meetings.
