Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: ~10 years

We are looking for a seasoned RM with a strong background in construction finance to join our Debt Syndication team.

What you'll do

- Originate & onboard real estate developer/builder clients
- Structure and syndicate construction finance debt with banks, NBFCs, HFCs & AIFs
- Manage end-to-end deal execution — mandate to disbursement
- Build and maintain an active lender panel

What we're looking for:
- ~10 years in construction finance, real estate lending, or debt syndication
- Robust deal origination track record
- Established developer & lender network
