Experience Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Secured Loans , specifically:
- Loan Against Property (LAP) or
- Working Capital Loans
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience with a leading Bank or NBFC

Job Responsibilities :

- Direct marketing and business acquisition.
- Sourcing loan files from the open market through:
- Personal contacts, references, and cold calling
- Internal cross-sell opportunities / Call center allocated leads
- Achieving business targets through self-sourcing and lead conversion.

Product Exposure : Candidates should be comfortable sourcing both Secured and Unsecured Loan products, including:

- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Business Loans (BL)
- Medical Equipment / Machinery Loan (ME/ML)
- SKL (Shop Keeper loan)
- LTP (Loan to Qualified)
