Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers, builders, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Promote our real estate portal and explain its services.
- Generate business leads, follow up with prospects, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain call records and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements:

- Fluency in spoken Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Real estate or BPO experience will be preferred.
