Role & responsibilities

- Experience in training frontline / sales / customer-facing teams
- Strong sales training and capability-building orientation
- Experience in new-joiner onboarding
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to train and coach Relationship Managers, RMTs and Sales Managers
- BFSI / NBFC / Fintech / Lending / Gold Loan experience will be preferred
- Candidate should be comfortable with regional travel
