To drive business growth, profitability, productivity, and portfolio quality for the Small Ticket LAP business across the assigned region through effective team management, channel development, customer acquisition, and adherence to risk and compliance standards.

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets for MSME loans, microfinance, and rural finance products.
- Achieve regional disbursement, login, and revenue targets for Small Ticket LAP.
- Drive sourcing through DSTs, DSAs, connectors, branches, and direct sales channels.
- Increase market penetration and expand the customer base in allocated territories.
- Monitor sales funnels including leads, logins, sanctions, and disbursement. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer acquisition rates, and enhance revenue growth.

Build robust relationships with key stakeholders including channel partners, distributors, and local communities.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity,



and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain portfolio quality within defined delinquency parameters.
- Work closely with Credit, RCU, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Collections teams.
- Monitor fraud indicators and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Drive responsible lending practices and maintain underwriting discipline.
- Ensure adherence to TAT commitments for login, sanction, and disbursement.

- Review MIS, productivity reports, and regional performance dashboards.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in LAP/Mortgage
- Must have large team handling experience in a regional leadership role.
