The role involves field visits, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and following enquiries through to orders.Key responsibilitiesIdentify, appoint, and support dealers for Calgas Capacitors in assigned territories.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, panel builders, electrical equipment manufacturers, and industrial customers.
- Generate enquiries for PFC, AC, DC link, power, and application-specific capacitors.
- Meet customers to understand technical requirements, pricing expectations, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams for samples, approvals, and recent product requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms,



and follow up to secure orders.
- Track dealer performance, OEM projects, sales targets, and payment collection.
- Share regular market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Candidate profileExperience in electrical components, capacitors, power factor correction products, or related industrial sales.
- A working network of electrical dealers, OEMs, or panel builders is preferred.
- Able to read product specifications and discuss technical requirements with customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willing to travel for customer visits across assigned markets.
