Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive dealer acquisition, channel expansion, and retail sales across South India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners.
- Develop regional sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong dealer relationships and improve business performance.
- Drive lead conversions, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Identify new markets and execute territory expansion plans.
- Conduct dealer visits, sales reviews, and product training.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales forecasts, dealer performance reports,



and business reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing, telesales, operations, and service teams.
- Travel extensively across the assigned region.

Requirements
- Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, dealer development, or channel sales.
- Proven experience in dealer acquisition and regional sales growth.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Experience in the two-wheeler or EV industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and sales reporting.
