An established specialist infrastructure business is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee data centre and structured cabling projects across hyperscale environments.

This is an opportunity to combine operational leadership, project delivery and client relationship management, playing a key role in delivering critical infrastructure while identifying opportunities to grow strategic accounts.

What we're looking for




- 5+ years' project management experience in structured cabling, data centres or ICT infrastructure.
- Experience delivering large-scale or hyperscale data centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of copper and fibre cabling, including Cat6/Cat6a, single-mode and multimode fibre, and MPO.
- Proven client-facing, operational and commercial management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, quality and site teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards, testing, commissioning and health & safety requirements.

PMP, PRINCE2, BICSI RCDD or an engineering degree would be advantageous. Ready to take the next step?
