Role Description The Referral Partner role at TechKyro is an in office position based in Mathura. In this role, the individual will identify and approach potential clients, introduce TechKyro’s services, and encourage them to engage with the company for software and digital solutions.

The Referral

Partner will maintain relationships with local businesses, track referrals, and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Daily tasks include networking, attending relevant local events or meetings, providing basic information about TechKyro’s offerings,



and reporting on referral performance and opportunities. This role requires proactive outreach and consistent follow-up to help expand TechKyro’s client base in the region.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and confidently.
- Basic understanding of software development, web solutions, or digital services (websites, SaaS, SEO, cloud) is beneficial.
- Organizational skills for tracking referrals, documenting interactions, and reporting results accurately.
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and comfortable with on-site outreach and networking in Mathura.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or partner/referral programs is an advantage.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and following structured processes for client handover.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
