About the Role

We are looking for experienced UK Recruiters / Senior Recruiters / Team Leads with strong UK recruitment experience to join our Recruitment Quality Control team.

Key Responsibilities

- Review candidate CVs against job descriptions and client requirements.
- Check candidate suitability, CV accuracy, and submission quality.
- Identify errors, mismatches, and missing information before submission.
- Provide feedback to recruiters to improve recruitment quality.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5+ years of experience in UK recruitment, preferably IT recruitment.




- Experience as a Senior Recruiter or Team Lead is preferred.
- Strong understanding of UK recruitment processes and candidate screening.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Training Provided: Candidates with strong UK recruitment experience will receive comprehensive training in Recruitment Quality Control. Prior quality control experience is not required. Why Join Us?
