Join MathWorks as a Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement Specialist and combine hands-on Recruiting Operations with the opportunity to improve how recruiting work gets done.

You will support the India Recruiting team through interview scheduling, offer management, ATS administration, and recruiting projects. You will also work with the team to improve processes, analyze recruiting data, standardize workflows, and explore practical automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Recruiting Operations
- Coordinate interviews and candidate logistics.
- Manage offer related processes and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate ATS data and operational records.
- Support recruiting projects, vendors, programs, and events.
- Resolve operational issues while maintaining process consistency and candidate experience.
- Process Improvement,



Data & Automation
- Learn recruiting processes end to end and identify improvement opportunities.
- Map processes, analyze root causes, and support implementation of practical improvements.
- Help create and improve SOPs and SLAs and measure process performance.
- Analyze recruiting data using advanced Excel and explain meaningful trends.
- Identify work that can be simplified, standardized, or automated.
- Support improvement projects from problem identification through implementation and measurement.
- Develop capability over time in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Minimum Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree is required.

Additional Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, or a similar recruiting environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with operational data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to process mapping, SOPs, SLAs, or process-improvement projects preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Power BI and SharePoint experience preferred.
- Interest in learning Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, and Power Apps.
