: Insurance Recruiter

Responsibilities:

- Recruit candidates for insurance sales and other insurance-related roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry. - Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
