Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Electrical, Mechanical, and other technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
