Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bhubaneswar. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.

The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely communication with applicants to provide a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, advise on market trends, and support workforce planning.



Additional responsibilities may include assisting with employer branding activities, organizing recruitment drives, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases and maintain organized records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring teams.
- Capacity to prioritize multiple vacancies, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic recruitment metrics, hiring best practices, and local job market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
