About the Role

HCLTech is looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to support strategic hiring across the US region. We are seeking strong recruiters with deep direct sourcing expertise and a proven track record for hiring niche technology talent. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions.
- Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Build solid candidate pipelines for niche and critical skills.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and talent strategies.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure hiring SLAs and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights,



and talent availability trends.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate’s experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Hiring Skill Areas Candidates should have experience hiring in Semiconductor, PLM, Mechanical Engineering/Product Engineering, SAP, Data, AI, Modern Application Skills.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ Strong Direct Sourcing experience

✅ Experience hiring for the US region

✅ Corporate/In-house recruitment experience

✅ Willingness to continue in an Individual Contributor (IC) role

✅ Stakeholder management and offer negotiation experience

✅ Experience hiring niche technology talent

Experience Requirements

- 6 - 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience (US IT)
- Proven track record of handling large-scale and strategic hiring initiatives
- Expertise in market mapping and talent intelligence
- Ability to drive critical hiring mandates independently
