Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
- Achieve recruitment targets and close vacancies within deadlines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist the HR Manager with daily HR activities and documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related HR discipline.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to work under deadlines.

Note: This is an on-site position at our Kochi office. Remote and freelance applications are not applicable.
