Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Chidambaram i for Recovery – Affordable Home Finance. The role involves managing recovery of overdue home finance accounts, engaging with customers to understand challenges, and supporting them in regularizing payments in a structured and empathetic manner. The individual will visit customers, conduct follow-ups through multiple channels, and help negotiate realistic repayment plans in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate recovery records,



coordinating with branch teams and insurance stakeholders where applicable, and escalating high-risk cases as needed. The role also includes participating in training programs, sharing field insights, and contributing to process improvements that support sustainable and responsible recovery practices.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based, professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interaction in local languages and English.
- Knowledge or experience in recovery or collections processes, preferably in affordable housing finance or related financial services.
- Understanding of basic insurance concepts and the ability to coordinate with insurance and loan teams where required.
- Experience in training or willingness to participate in and deliver training sessions related to recovery practices and customer handling.
- Basic financial and analytical skills to assess repayment capacity and interpret loan documentation.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and manage time efficiently across multiple cases.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; experience in housing finance, banking, or NBFC sector is an advantage.
