WE ARE HIRING Resident Retreat Manager / Property In-Charge Location: Anandmaya Retreat, Upper Tapovan, Rishikesh Position: Full time, residential role Anandmaya Retreat is looking for a responsible, organised and trustworthy person who can live on-site and independently manage the day-to-day operations of our retreat property.

Key Responsibilities Manage guest check-ins and check-outs Handle reservations, enquiries and booking coordination Prepare bills, collect payments and maintain accurate records Manage reception and office operations Coordinate with housekeeping, café, yoga, therapy and maintenance teams Monitor room readiness, cleanliness and property maintenance Resolve guest requests and operational concerns professionally Coordinate with vendors, drivers and service providers Maintain daily booking,



payment and operational reports Ensure that Anandmaya’s property rules and service standards are followed Take complete ownership of the property’s day-to-day functioning and regularly report to the owner Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a hotel, retreat, guesthouse or hospitality property is preferred Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, billing systems and booking platforms Good communication skills in Hindi and English Honest, disciplined, organised and guest-friendly Capable of handling responsibility and solving problems independently Willing to live on-site at Anandmaya Retreat Interested in a stable, long-term role Compensation Fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience and capabilities. This is not only a reception position.

We are looking for someone who can take genuine responsibility for the property and manage its complete daily operations.
