Key Responsibilities: Call the verified customer leads provided daily by the company. Convince interested clients to schedule and attend site visits. Handle price negotiations and close the plot booking.

Requirements: Must speak fluent, persuasive Tamil . 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, Insurance, or Sales. Solid communication and closing skills.
