Role Description The Real Estate Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for end-to-end management of residential real estate projects. This role involves planning project timelines, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, and tracking progress against milestones.

The Project

Manager will oversee budgeting and cost control, ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and manage documentation and approvals with relevant authorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring site activities, resolving project issues, communicating status updates to senior management and stakeholders,



and supporting timely handover and customer satisfaction. The role also requires contributing to process improvements and aligning project execution with Krishvi Group’s vision of aspirational living.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess expertise in real estate development and real estate operations, with practical understanding of residential project lifecycles.
- Candidates should possess solid budgeting and cost management skills, with the ability to track expenses and optimize project financial performance.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present project updates.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field; prior experience managing real estate projects is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulatory approvals, and compliance requirements in Bengaluru; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- 9-13 years experience is required with Residential projects only
