Real Estate & Hospitality Investment Research Executive

Reporting to: Management – Direct Reporting

Location: Hyderabad, with pan-India coverage

1. Job Purpose

Identify, evaluate and report daily on real estate and hospitality investment opportunities, including government tenders, e-auctions, NCLT/IBC proceedings, distressed hotel assets, bank/ARC auctions and commercial land parcels and liaisoning.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Tenders & Auctions: Monitor government departments, development authorities, banks, financial institutions and institutional agencies for land allotments, commercial properties, hotel sites and e-auctions.
- Distressed Assets: Track NCLT/NCLAT, IBC, liquidation proceedings, Resolution Professional notices, SARFAESI auctions and distressed hotels, resorts and stalled commercial projects.
- Property Research: Identify suitable commercial lands and properties in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru and other promising locations.
- Hospitality Opportunities: Assess hotel acquisition, lease, redevelopment and joint-venture opportunities, including properties near airports and commercial hubs.
- Preliminary Due Diligence:



Examine available title records, ownership, possession, encumbrances, litigation, land use, FSI/FAR, reserve price, statutory dues, approvals and development potential.
- Investment Analysis: Prepare preliminary feasibility assessments covering acquisition cost, renovation/capital expenditure, hotel potential, key risks and recommended next steps.
- Daily Reporting: Submit a consolidated daily report with verified source links, property details, prices, deadlines, current status, risk factors and actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Maintain an updated prospect register, tender calendar, follow-up tracker and supporting-document repository.
- Internal Audits: Verify information, eliminate duplicate or outdated listings, flag potential fraud and ensure management approval before external commitments, bidding or payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
