Responsibilities

· Stage and show properties for rent / buying

· Advertise and market living spaces/workspaces

· Finds and reaches out to recent prospects

· Discover clients' criteria and find spaces that fit their criteria

· Negotiate the rent/sale prices and close deal with client

What we look for

· 1-2 years' of sales/marketing experience preferred / Fresher also welcome

· Self-motivated, Focused and Goal-oriented

· Willing to work on commission structure

· Full-time associates

· Strong communication skills

· Networking with the team

· Tech-driven, active social media marketing
