Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, modern frontend development practices, and REST API integration, along with the ability to build reusable components and deliver high-quality code.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative development environment, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to technical decisions and frontend architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
- Develop interactive user interfaces using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Manage application state using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or other relevant state management solutions.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous operations efficiently.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Optimise application performance, rendering efficiency, and loading times.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.




- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests for frontend components.
- Use Git and standard development workflows for version control and collaboration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of frontend development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6–7 years of professional experience in frontend development, with robust hands-on expertise in React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including promises, async/await, closures, and modern language features.
- In-depth knowledge of React concepts, including hooks, functional components, lifecycle behaviour, and component composition.
- Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication, API errors, and asynchronous data.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of web performance optimisation, browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Experience writing tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.
- Strong debugging, analytical,



and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering concepts.
- Experience with Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, or similar UI libraries.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Node.js and backend integration.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
